Patina Maldives, Fari Islands is the inaugural flagship property from Patina Hotels & Resorts, the latest hospitality concept by Capella Hotel Group. The resort was awarded HICAP Reggie Shiu Development of the Year Award in 2021, which takes into consideration the property’s performance, its quality, ROI, and more.

Contributing to the brand’s mission to offer guests sophisticated experiences, we provided extra-low voltage systems, security systems, and audiovisual systems ahead of its opening in 2021. The project was value engineered; delivered to the client at the lowest cost possible.

We provided Resort-Wide Networks, Wi-Fi, and Hotel Phone System. As part of our security solutions, we installed Panic Alarms, Guard Tour System, Access Control System for back-of-house, and Network CCTV systems. We also installed Background Music System at the resort’s dining outlets and spa.
